ANTIDOTE
(Jensen)
Let's break all the windows of the house next door
You said it wouldn't matter, because no one lived there anymore
Call me up, give me the number of the girl that I adore
Let’s share our stupid little secrets and bury them in all those songs
And bury them
How weak the light outside has grown again
Inside your house the fire feels like waves
And you offer me a little drop of poison
Or is it an antidote?
No one knows
Anyway
Turn yourself into a werewolf when I look the other way
There are so many things I can't relate to, but I still want you to stay
I fell asleep inside your birthday cake, I fucked it up again
And sure, we've never been to Reno, but I'll never stop pretending
I'll never stop
How weak the light outside has grown again
Inside your house the fire feels like waves
And you offer me a little drop of poison
Or is it an antidote?
I don't want to know
Anyway

FOOTBALL MOHAWK
(Jensen)
Despite your words
I couldn't understand
Tell me what it takes
And I'll decide if I want to be like them
Look down on me
Your finger up your nose
It's what they say
It's the way I look when I dance I suppose
You've closed my eyes, it felt so wrong
Now please don't show my face to anyone
Stop accusing me of what you haven't done
Took off my shirt
Where have I been last night
If I can't leave this place
At least I can say that I've tried
Take a nine-hour-bath
Shed your skin
Wash away the trouble you're wrapped up in
Because you talk behind your back
Piss in the wind
Trying to forget how lucky you have been

HAPPY BIRTHDAY
(Frank)
Happy birthday, my friend
You've just turned 33
Take one step closer to the edge
Of your balcony
She slammed the door
You can still smell the alcohol
You've been awake the whole night through
Don't know what to do
No one can ever know
Happy birthday, my friend
You've just turned 33
Take one step closer to the edge
Of your dignity
She shaved your head
How could anyone understand
As close as anyone can be
Your worst enemy
No one can ever know

RUSSIAN SQUARES
(Frank)
So your grandad’s from Russia
No one knows his name
He just took her love
And he never came back again
Granny’s so frightening
They say she’s a witch
Don’t get caught or she’ll hit you with her walking stick
Do you remember that little pond?
Right behind your house
That little...
How you love your dad
He’s so gentle and calm
He never lost a word
About the war
He never lost a word about
The ice on the pond
It was much too thin
Don’t you ever come back
You might fall in
Look what I’ve found
I don't get it
Won't you tell me now?
